You will have to give one-month notice before terminating the services of an employee. If the number of your dedicated employees is more than 5, you will have to give a 3 month notice. What happens if hired employees do not meet required standards?
You can choose to terminate the services of the employees by giving an appropriate notice-period. We can provide you with alternate resources if you so desire. Will you help me hire on-site resources as well?
